Mental Health & Wellbeing
Garston Manor School takes the mental health and wellbeing of its students, staff and families, very seriously.
We are currently working towards our Wellbeing Award for Schools (WAS).
In school, all students identify the staff that they feel comfortable talking to, and student wellbeing champions are chosen. These students have shown themselves to be resilient, good friends and good listeners and can be identified by their smiley face badge.
Our current Mental Health and Wellbeing Champions are:
Ismail
Callum
Charlie A
Emotional Wellbeing for Students with Autism:
Relaxation techniques for autistic people
Autism sport & physical activity
