Partnerships between parents, carers, educators and children enhance children’s success. We know that children learn more and have better lives when everyone in the school community works together to share thoughts, information and works on projects to benefit children.
The Garston Manor P.T.A. hosts events that benefit the children at our school. It also offers you an opportunity to socialise with other parents.
For this school year we are planning the following:
- Christmas Disco
- Christmas Fair
- Valentine's Disco
- Summer Fair
- Leavers' Prom
- lots more to be announced
As part of our fund raising activities, we invite you to join the Garston Manor "100" Club. This gives you an opportunity to support the PTA with a minimum of effort and expense and a very good chance of winning a monthly prize.
How does it work?
Each person wanting to join the 100 Club is allocated a number between 1 and 100. The number allocated remains that person’s as long as they remain a fully paid up member.
Once a month, on the first Monday of the month, a draw will take place. The prize will depend on the size of membership at the time, but is at present £20. Prizes will be paid by cheque to the winner. The winner’s name will be posted on the Garston Manor website and in the Garston Gossip.
How much does it cost?
The cost is £12 per year (per number) and is paid by standing order, cash or cheque (made payable to Garston Manor PTA). Individuals are welcome to be allocated as many numbers as they wish at £12 per number.
All proceeds from the 100 Club go towards helping our students and the school.
